Our Pre-kindergarten classes include academic programs such as:
The Letter People (an enrichment phonics-based program) includes:
- upper and lower case puppet letter people
- a reading readiness listening center with headphones
- word recognition using story books
Library

Learning Center - Children print the alphabet and numbers, and, draw various shapes.

Shopping Learning Center at the play grocery store - Children learn how to use play money at the cash register when shopping.

Double the fun on St. Patrick's Day!

- Thanksgiving skit honoring the Native Americans and Pilgrims - the children will perform the traditional Thanksgiving with singing and music for the parents and grandparents in the classroom.
We Know Our Stuff
Toddlers ‘N Tots graduation is a night of celebration as the class presents: “We Know Our Stuff”. In their different colored caps and gowns, the boys and girls sing songs and interact with props in this dynamic academic program. Patriotic tunes fill the air as they sing about America and march proudly onto a stage to pomp and circumstance. Family members have plenty of opportunities to take pictures during this very special occasion.
The Pre-K class offers the following:
Monthly Newsletter – parents will receive the monthly newsletter with a calendar of events.
Daily Report – to inform you of your child's day, such as circle time, the monthly theme, crafts, rest time and learning centers.
Hand Washing – Hands are washed when entering the classroom, before morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack, and, when returning from the playground.
Lunch – Lunches are provided by the parent and can be heated in a microwave in each class.
Labels - Please label the following items: lunch box, clothing (two changes of seasonal clothes), and crib sized blanket.
